Although the employment of foreign workers is becoming increasingly widespread in our country, there are certain places where this is still not feasible. One such reason could be work performed in specific special locations (e.g., ministries), where Hungarian citizenship and/or a Hungarian certificate of good conduct may be mandatory. Furthermore, if your company has been issued a labor fine within the past year or has refused to employ domestic labor during a labor market examination, then it is also not permissible to employ foreigners.
